The Monthly Care Plan is for people who want regular, consistent treatment at a reduced cost. By paying a flat fee of £20 per month, you gain access to 60% off all treatments, whether you come monthly, fortnightly, or more often. It’s a straightforward way to prioritise your wellbeing and make ongoing care more accessible.

This plan is open by invitation to clients who have completed a course of treatment in the Therapeutic Care Pathway and are looking to continue with longer-term care. It’s a good choice for people seeking preventive care, nervous system regulation, support with chronic conditions, or general wellbeing. The more frequently you come, the more value you get — it's my way of saying thank you for choosing to invest with me in your long-term health.

There is a minimum commitment of three consecutive months, and membership must remain continuous to access discounted rates. Clients on the Restorative Care Pathway can join for discounted reflexology, Swedish, and Indian head massage sessions after their fourth treatment. 

The Monthly Care Plan has limited places. Please enquire if it feels like the right fit for you and your ongoing care.

What’s included

Your £20 monthly fee gives you access to 60% off all sessions:

• Acupuncture only (50 minutes): £50 → £20
• Acupuncture & tuina or Swedish massage (80 minutes): £75 → £30
• Acupuncture & full-body Swedish massage (110 minutes): £125 → £50
• Short tuina or bodyweight massage session (30 minutes): £40 → £16
• Long tuina or Swedish massage session (45 minutes): £55 → £22
• Full-body Swedish massage (80 minutes): £85 → £34
• Reflexology & Indian head massage (60 minutes): £70 → £28
• Indian head massage or reflexology (30 minutes): £40 → £16

Subscriptions are paid monthly by standing order, or via Stripe using the button below. 

Individual sessions are charged separately at the reduced rate.

This plan ensures you receive fully personalised care in a one-on-one setting, just as you would with standard individual sessions, all at a special price for regular clients.

How it compares to the 8-Session Package

The Monthly Care Plan supports regular ongoing care, with access to significantly reduced rates in return for consistency. It’s ideal for people who want to maintain their health proactively, regulate the nervous system, support chronic conditions, or stay well over time.

• You pay a fixed monthly fee and receive 60% off every session you book, meaning the more frequently you attend the better the value. For example, if you come once a month, eight acupuncture & tuina massage sessions over eight months would total £400 instead of £600. If you come weekly, the same eight sessions in two months would be just £280 total.

The 8-Session Maintenance Package is designed for more intensive or episodic needs: people working through a specific issue, recovering from a setback, or wanting a prepaid discount with maximum flexibility. It’s a good fit for a burst of focused sessions, goal-led treatment blocks, or sporadic top-ups. You pay up front, but you can use your sessions whenever you need them, with no fixed schedule.

• You pay a discounted rate upfront and use the sessions as needed, with the flexibility to space them out. For instance, eight pay-as-you-go acupuncture & tuina massage sessions would cost £600 in total, but the prepaid course brings this down to £550.

Each option meets different needs. You can choose whichever approach suits your current situation best.

A few key points to note

• The Monthly Care Plan is non-transferable.
• Monthly fees are non-refundable.
• You must maintain continuous monthly payments to remain on the plan.
• Payments are made monthly by standing order or Stripe subscription (accessed via the button below).
• Monthly payments are processed on the same date as your initial signup.
• Individual sessions are paid as you go, either by bank transfer, PayPal, or by choosing the Monthly Care Plan option in the Make a Payment section below. Manual payments can't be used for the subscription itself.
• There is a minimum commitment of three consecutive months.
• Discounted rates apply only while your membership is active.
• The plan is available for self-funding clients only. It is designed to make regular care more affordable for individuals and therefore does not apply to treatments claimed through private or workplace health insurance schemes.  
• You must first complete an initial consultation and 4-session course of treatments to qualify for the plan.
• The plan is not suitable for irregular or ad hoc attendance; the 8-session package offers more flexibility for occasional visits.

Ultimately, the Monthly Care Plan is about making regular, quality care affordable and sustainable for those who need it, so you can focus on your wellbeing without the worry of high per-visit costs.

If you wish to receive regular full-body Swedish, Indian head massage, or reflexology via the Restorative Care Pathway, you are welcome to join the Monthly Care Plan after your first course of sessions, although places are limited and only restorative massage is available until you have completed a course in the Therapeutic Care Pathway.

The Monthly Care Plan is reserved for existing clients who have already completed a course of treatment at the standard rates and want to commit to ongoing care. It's a way to make regular sessions more affordable once your initial treatment phase is complete. I don't ask you to sign a contract, but I do ask that you join with the intention of continuing your care over the longer term, so you can truly benefit from sustained support.

How to join the Monthly Care Plan

4. Book and pay for sessions as you go
Sessions are booked and paid for individually at the reduced rates listed above (60% off the standard price).

New clients will need to begin with standard appointments before joining the plan. Places are limited and by invitation only. Please ask if it may be suitable for you.
